Shipping information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive a notification.

Pickup in store

You can avoid shipping costs with free local collection at refurbcell Via Martiri Della Resistenza 88, Termoli 86039 (CB). Once you've placed your order and selected local pickup at checkout, your order will be packed and ready for pickup within the day. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions.

How can I check the status of an order?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 24 hours.

If you do not receive your order within 72 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@refurbcell.com specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for items that are unused and in original condition and will refund the full order amount, less the return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please inform us as soon as possible at info@refurbcell.com by sending the order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
